There is a fine line between dreams and reality, and it is up to you to draw it!

The task of bringing a dream to reality, starts with making the first step.
Often this first step get skipped, or rushed because of the excitement of starting. The problem with this, is the fact that it is possible to dazzle brightly only to fade away just as quick.
This key vital step is called ‘making a valid assessment’ or understanding the true nature of your current reality.
Often a dream is not impossible, but it can be subject to failure because of an incorrect assessment.
Here is an interesting guideline for making an assessment:
Is there anyone here who, planning to build a new house, doesn’t first sit down and figure the cost so you’ll know if you can complete it? If you only get the foundation laid and then run out of money, you’re going to look pretty foolish. Everyone passing by will poke fun at you: ‘He started something he couldn’t finish.’ Luke 14-28-30
What do you want to quit or start?
One thing that I can guarantee you, is that learning often happens by being in an environment that emphasises your new direction, as opposed to reinforcing where you have been.
From a personal perspective, I am very open regarding my own past challenges with things like time management and my desire to quit smoking.
What truly helped, was getting the right tools, and making sure that I stayed in an environment, speaking the same language as, and being focused on similar things to people that would be able to support my new direction.
My dream was to quit, but I needed the right environment.
My dream was to be punctual, but I needed the right tools to set me on my way.
There is a fine line between your dream and your reality, and it is up to you to draw it.
Draw it now, by making a valid assessment and gain a deeper understanding of your current reality.
